Listening Skill: ON DIET

I listened to the radio last week from FM. I remenber the emcee talked about the "On Diet". They recieved the call from the out area, and there was one mother worried about her daughter's health very well. Her daughter was 10 years old, but she was 65 kilogramme, and she couldn't stop eatting snacks anytime. The mother took her daughter to see the doctor, because she wanted to use the medicine to let her daughter on diet. However, the doctor said that it was bad for her daughter's health. So she gave up the way to let her daughter on diet. The emcee gave sevral suggestions to the mother: took some excises, ate more vegetable( actually, they were the most common things)
Opinion:
In my opinion, children have to keep balance diet, because they are growing. The most common thing and important thing is excises. Children become overweigh is dangerous, because they are getting diseases in their life. My little cousin also has the bad hobbits to eat snacks. We always stop her to eat snacks when we finish main meal every day. We will suggest her to drink water instead of the soft drinks; moreover, we'd like to eat fruits to incept sugar instead the other food. Be careful to choose food is very important in children's life.
